From interviews to performance reviews to client pitches to morale boosting events, the next three weeks are a power period for your career. On Saturday, your ruling planet Mars moves into Aquarius and some new ventures may come from it over the next five weeks.

Taurus. You may find success with an overseas connection between this Thursday and February. This is more likely to be a business associate than a romantic prospect but that does not mean you should not be personable. People need to make that human connection with you in order to feel a sense of trust especially if you live miles apart from each other. Be open whilst still maintaining professional etiquette. On Saturday, you have a good prospect of further professional success.

Gemini. Enough with the messing around the facts. This week, you will start being the leader of those deep and very interesting conversations, the kind that last for hours but feel like they lasted only minutes.
